Truman Street provides a platform for users to create, manage, and track the performance of custom, simulated investment funds. You can select stocks, assign percentage weights, and monitor the fund's value over time based on real market data.

2. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You retain ownership of the fund configurations and any other content you create on the Service ("User Content"). By creating User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the "truman street" name, logo, and overall design) are and will remain the exclusive property of Truman Street and its licensors.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party data providers, such as Polygon.io, for stock market data. While we strive to ensure the data is accurate and timely, we do not guarantee its correctness and are not liable for any inaccuracies or delays.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the support email below. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truman Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any financial losses incurred from investment decisions made based on information from the Service.
